ADMISSION

Each prospective resident is assessed for his or her Level of Care prior to admission. Based in the information received from the primary care physician and an assessment conducted by our Health Services Director, a care plan is developed that is tailored to the resident's needs and preferences.

We recommend that all families plan ahead for an eventual move to assisted living, but we also recognize that sometimes circumstances, such as an illness or injury, necessitate a streamlined approach. Candle Light Cove management and nursing staff work closely with residents and families to accomplish the admission, move-in and transition processes in a smooth and timely manner.
